• Factory Setup and Management: Successfully established and managed factories for Brokrew, Yomba Mining, and Spirotech International, driving these ventures from inception to profitability.
• Research & Development: He has led R&D initiatives, creating products such as flame-retardant vent curtains and cost-effective pre-stressing systems for underground mining.
• Ventilation and Support Systems Expertise: Extensive experience in developing and marketing mining ventilation and support systems, ensuring safety and efficiency in underground operations.

• Our Chief Operations Officer: 
• Ensures the wash plant facility operates efficiently and effectively.
• Meets and exceeds production requirements.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Optimize plant performance and reduce optimizing cost.
• Training and compliance: ensuring all employees receive appropriate training and comply with safety and environmental regulations and policies. 
• Inventory management: manage inventory levels for chemicals, parts and supplies, and coordinate with procurement as needed.

• Standard Operating procedures (SOPs): Develop and implement SOPs for the wash plant facility. 
• Production optimization: monitoring production targets and implement strategies to optimize plant performance.
• Leadership and direction: Provide leadership and direction to plant personnel, including scheduling, coaching and performance management. 
• Daily reports and record keeping: maintain accurate records of plant production, maintenance activities and safety incidents. 

Brings exceptional financial acumen and expertise to the company. With a proven track record in financial management, plays a pivotal role in overseeing the organization's financial operations and ensuring its fiscal health.

Key performance areas: 

• Budget management: ensures the budget process is aligned to the strategic plan. 
• Financial management:  manage preparations and distribution of monthly expenditure reports. Facilitate and prepare of quarterly annual financial statements for presentation and submission. 
• Develop and maintain the management planning, control and information system and ensuring monthly updating of it. 
• Ensure that budget projections, expenses and revenue forecasts are updated.
• Prepare board report for inclusion in the Annual Financial Statements.
• Payroll management: Lead and oversee the payroll process.
• Ensure that all financial procedures are applied. 
• Handles overall status of Safrimlilo Trading's finances.
